Elvis Presley Movies

1956, November 16, Elvis's first movie, Love Me Tender, was released. (Clint Reno),
Film appears to be a failure, but a box office hit, Elvis was the main attraction and the appeal by Twentieth Century-Fox to distribute more than double the usual impression of a film of the first inning.

Critics quickly dismissed the film and marked it as a Grade B melodrama
But what the critics have not seen that Love Me Tender is a classic love story.

However, while Elvis lived, that would be hampered by poor scripts and songs.

1957, July 09, Elvis released his second film, Loving You, (Deke Rivers) that film addressed the issue of troubled youth.

Elvis hair was naturally light brown, but dyed a lighter shade darker, later occupied as he liked the blue-black.
