"I can sell the autographed photos on eBay?
I want to buy NASCAR 8×10 photos to an event and get his autograph for sale on eBay. My father I did not believe that it is legal, anything to do with some of the royalty. I think that is allowed, but I'm not sure.
It's legal enough. The charges are applicable, but nobody tries to run after people e-bay. State laws differ on some points, and may be an operation from one state to another, not to mention that the Internet is not regulated and … the legality of it are difficult. However, it does not count. go ahead, no big deal.
